This feature allows you to download a state's DOT bidtabs into HeavyBid estimating software for further analysis. You can limit the number of bidtabs you download by date or contractor. The bidtabs downloaded will be all bidtabs with a letting date between the "From" date and the "To" date, and which the selected contractors have bid on. If no contractor is selected, then the bidtabs downloaded will be all those with a letting date between the "From" date and the "To" date.
