(HCSS) from public DOT sites throughout the United States.  HCSS built bidhistory.com for the Internet and brings over 15 years of experience in helping contractors win DOT work.  Benefits of using bidhistory.com include:

* Tracking and reviewing historical bid tabulations
* Viewing historical average prices for specific biditems

Setting search criteria to search DOT jobs (with the exception of specifying contractors) and unfiltered average prices for biditems bid during the past year are FREE.  Searches requiring more user-defined criteria, summary detail, or the importing of biditems are an inexpensive subscription of $40/month for a single state or $80/month for unlimited states.  Sign-on is NOT REQUIRED to use this free service.
